Fillinow is operated by FARID JAVADZADEH in Türkiye. It helps users create and share requests for information, files, and signatures, and review responses. Contact us at fillinowapp@gmail.com.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use Fillinow lawfully. You are responsible for the requests you create and for having the necessary authority to collect and use information from recipients.

You retain your rights in the content you submit. You grant Fillinow permission to host, process, and transmit that content as needed to provide and maintain the service. Request creators are responsible for explaining their own use of recipient information.

Do not use Fillinow for fraud, phishing, malware, unlawful surveillance, infringement, or collecting information without appropriate authority. Do not attempt to access other users’ data, bypass access controls, or disrupt the service.

AI-generated requests may contain errors. Review them before sharing. Fillinow’s signature field records a submitted signature; it does not independently verify identity or guarantee that a signature meets requirements for a particular transaction or jurisdiction.

Fillinow currently provides free access. Pro pricing and limits are announced plans, and paid subscriptions are not yet available. Before paid subscriptions begin, we will provide the applicable billing, renewal, cancellation, and payment-provider terms. No subscription charge is created by using the current free service.

We may update the service and restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security issues, or legal obligations. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep independent copies of important content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To request account deletion, email fillinowapp@gmail.com from your registered email address. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request. Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
